Update on SVB Bank and Imprivata
Imprivata customers,
Waltham, Mass. – March 12, 2023 — With the recent collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, the main question we’re getting is this: “Is Imprivata impacted by what happened at SVB Bank, and if so, how?”
Imprivata operates with the necessary controls and maintains sufficient liquidity and access to cash to operate the business and support our customers and employees without disruption.
Imprivata has used SVB for various financial business services in the past, however, those business services and associated accounts have been or will soon be transferred to other financial institutions.
Imprivata will promptly send formal written instructions via email and/or US Mail and provide a direct line phone number customers can call to speak with our accounting department personnel and confirm the new wiring instructions. We appreciate your support in this matter.
It is important to note that during such conditions and the ensuing transition of financial operating systems (i.e., AR/AP processes) we all should operate with heightened awareness to counter any opportunistic illicit activities that may arise. Please report any fraudulent activity immediately to SafetyandTrust@Imprivata.com.
We will follow up with you with more information once it becomes available. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
As always, should you have any questions or suggestions, please reach out at your earliest convenience by contacting us at:
