Inbound data processing dashboard
New functionality that provides a point-and-click experience for addressing new values identified from inbound (HR, credentialling) feeds or resubmitting a failed request by correcting the data. This enhances the user experience by providing a quick data overview in a single place and presenting the data in an interactive, human-friendly form.
Privileged access management (PAM) badge
As enterprises become more complex and more users work from home, the number and diversity of privileged accounts are exploding, which calls for privileged access management. Now, privileged users can now be distinguished from a typical user with a “PAM badge” that visually indicates the user has high privileged access. This allows you to create and customize any unique badges that can be applied to contractors, vendors, auditors, or even automated third-party service identities.
GRC expansion
We’ve introduced Active Directory group-based compliance reporting to allow administrators to quickly identify users from a specific Active Directory group and confirm if those users should be there or not. This new feature can be leveraged during quarterly compliance reviews to confirm that everyone who is in the privileged group should actually be there.
UI/UX improvements
We’ve refreshed and updated our account management workflows, reports, Bridge Studio, and system administrator interfaces to improve user experience by making it lighter, faster, and easier to use. This includes creating more direct paths to most-used features, saving you even more time.
Management workflows
We’ve improved the process for account requesting and have reduced the amount of data needed when creating or modifying accounts. This enhancement greatly reduces the need for custom scripting, accelerates account changes, and simplifies managers’ workflows. Now, users can simply check boxes when filling out forms.
Multi-domain identity governance login
In this release, we’ve enhanced one of the top requested features by customers looking to avoid the pain of domain consolidation. Now, secondary domain users can log in to the solution like a regular user, create accounts, view reports, and more.
