Imprivata Names Adrian Grbavac Chief Customer Officer

Experienced leader brings extensive expertise in managing global customer teams to help Imprivata customers accelerate time to value and drive long-term success

Waltham, Mass. – February 11, 2025 – Imprivata, the digital identity company for life- and mission-critical industries, today announced the appointment of Adrian Grbavac as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Adrian brings more than 25 years of experience in leading global B2B customer success organizations, which he will leverage to ensure Imprivata customers derive the most value and maximum return from their investments.

Over the course of his 25-year career, Adrian has been at the forefront of customer-centric transformation in industry-leading enterprise B2B organizations, including building world-class global delivery teams across cloud services, professional services, customer success, and education services, among other disciplines. Prior to joining Imprivata, Adrian served as CCO at Infobip, a global leader in omnichannel communications and customer engagement solutions, where he scaled global delivery teams and delivered significant advancements in driving customer value. Prior to Infobip, Adrian played a pivotal leadership role in the growth journeys of Ceridian and NetSuite, contributing to their successful IPOs.

In his role as CCO at Imprivata, Adrian will lead the company’s renewals, customer success, support, professional services, managed services, education and customer experience operations teams to accelerate the adoption and customer time-to-value of Imprivata’s leading access management and privileged access security solutions.
