A message for FairWarning customers
Dear customer,
As a valued FairWarning customer, we want to share some exciting news with you. Today, Imprivata announced its acquisition of FairWarning. Imprivata (www.imprivata.com), the digital identity company for healthcare, provides healthcare organizations globally with an identity, authentication and access management platform that delivers authentication management, identity governance, fast access to patient information, secure communications, and positive patient identification. Imprivata is based in Lexington, Massachusetts and serves over 2,600 organizations in healthcare.
Over the next few weeks, we will keep you updated on the progress of the acquisition. For now, there are no changes related to your sales, customer success and support contacts — FairWarning employees and your customer success teams are continuing at Imprivata. We anticipate that over time we’ll find opportunities to streamline and improve interactions with our various customer-facing organizations, such as support and customer satisfaction. As we integrate the two organizations, we will keep you informed of any changes that may affect you.
Like FairWarning, Imprivata is committed to Imprivata customers’ success, and focused on delivering a world-class customer experience that ensures you achieve the full value of your investment in our solutions.
This transaction reflects Imprivata’s continuous focus on delivering elevated and innovative value for our customers. The combined innovations will streamline access and increase security for identities across the healthcare continuum.
Imprivata is committed to supporting and expanding the current FairWarning solutions. FairWarning will be a key component of Imprivata’s go-forward analytics and Digital Identity strategy. We anticipate the acquisition will be beneficial for customers of both companies. We are excited to have you in the Imprivata family.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Ed Holmes Gus Malezis
